I know the post office has "restricted delivery" but only for priority (not express) letter.
Fed ex has something called "adult signature required" but I can't tell if ANY adult can receive it, or just a particular named person.Is there any express mail service that I can use to require delivery to a specific person?
The only option that I can see that may work is to send it express along with certified - restricted delivery.

How long does it take documents to reach USA (MA) from Dubai using regular mail service?
Hi guys! I was just wondering... I mailed-in an envelope full of documents to Gardner, MA (USA) from Dubai using regular mail 4-5 days back.
The receiving party has not received it yet. I'm a bit concerned now.
How long does it usually take for Gardner, MA (USA) to receive mail from Dubai (regular mail). No Fedex or UPS...

I love my G-mail. Aol has advertising and that drives me crazy. G-mail is really cool because it doubles as an instant message buddy list. (which is super nice) If you can't decide, try them all, you don't NEED to use the ones you make.
