For creating such a website you should have some knowledge about DATABASE creation. Do you have a Wamp Server on your system. If you dont have such a folder please download it from any sites. Search in google.com for "Download PHP". Then create a database in the SQL prompt and it can also be created in MS Access and Oracle. Try this out!!!

So, stop dreaming and start researching: you have huuuuge amount of things to learn, and, probably, to reach your target, a very serious amount of money to spend!

Of course, you need a server. You don't need to have your own, you can rent space on a provider. Since you want so many things, you better start with your own dedicated server (a server built just for you). That will put you back 1000$/year.
