What Royal Mail service would I choose if I had to send a 36LBS item with tracking?

I sold an amp on ebay and it's my first sell so I'd like to know which service to order to pick up my package and send it?

Personally what you should have done is offer pick up only,then put in the listing that you may consider shipping,Then royal mial will be expensive around 26 pounds,so i would go with someone like interparcel and get it posted for around 7 - 10 pounds with tracking
