Why do Yahoo allow so many spammers to use their mail service?

They dont know when someone opens and account, how they are going to use it. They do sometimes put people's accounts into a freeze status, if they are doing excessive bulk emails.

As far as incoming mail from other email providers, they filter out spam the best they can and it goes into your spam folder, which you never need to open and read. If your getting a lot in your inbox. Go to your inbox page..click Options%26gt; Mail/More Options%26gt; Spam. Set your filters higher.

I would not want them to be monitoring all of my mail to see if I was a spammer, or ordinary user.

Its similar to the regular mail. The Post Office cant open mail and go..this is junk. Toss it out. There are privacy issues involved.
