I know the post office has "restricted delivery" but only for priority (not express) letter.
Fed ex has something called "adult signature required" but I can't tell if ANY adult can receive it, or just a particular named person.Is there any express mail service that I can use to require delivery to a specific person?
The only option that I can see that may work is to send it express along with certified - restricted delivery.
